Jamie is a GREAT real estate agent. We have had the opportunity for work with her when we bought and sold our first house, then again to buy our second house. She is awesome at handling the d etails with both buying and selling. In addition, is she quick with communication when answering any questions that we may have had. I would recommend Jamie to anyone (family, friend, or stranger).
Jamie's knowledge, energy, and confidence were outstanding. With Jamie's enthusiasm, she was able to quickly list our house before a holiday weekend, and we went under contract in 5 days! Throughout the entire process, Jamie had our best interest in mind and continued to be present whenever we had questions. When we first began house-hunting, we did not have an agent in the area. We were interested in a listing, and Jamie happened to be the listing agent. At the time we didn’t realize how fortuna te we were to have met her in this way; after our first encounter with her, we asked her to be our agent. Jamie was always so happy and positive, but, at the same time, realistic about what to expect with the buying process. She was very thorough when reviewing a contract, and we always felt like she was looking out for our best interest as buyers. Jamie was patient throughout the entire process; she never hounded or pressured us with excessive calls or emails. We finally ended up purchasing a new construction home, and she supported us through the entire process (which ended up being another eight months! We were going to be moving to the Atlanta area and wanted to buy a home. We contacted the office at which Jamie worked and I immediately knew that she was the right person to work with us. Sh e even helped us, to the best of her ability, when we decided to rent for a while instead of buying a home right away. However, during a visit to the area, our plans changed on the first day of our visit. Apartment hunting dididn’t work out. We called Jamie to see if she was available to help us find a home.
