Brian is both a licensed Realtor & licensed Appraiser! He is starting his 27th year as an appraiser in home valuation and has over 6,000 homes under his belt. He got his Real Estate license several years ago and has enjoyed using his appraisal skills to help both Buyers and Sellers excel at understanding the market. He helps Sellers know what they can expect to sell their home for and how to price it to achieve what they want, and he helps Buyers know what they should offer on homes they are interested in buying.
